- Customise the Outlook environment: reading pane and To do bar.
- Use the To Do bar and Outlook help.
- Changing default settings.
Module 2: E-Mail
- The Outlook Inbox screen and creating/sending e-mail.
- Format a message and create an auto-signature.
- Check spelling, use options, and attach a file.
- Open and save an attachment. Receive, reply, and forward messages.
- Create draft messages and recall/resend messages.
- Manage junk and phishing e-mails.

Module 3: Managing E-Mail
