Expert Microsoft Office Training

Beth Horner has over 27 years' experience as a Microsoft Office trainer. In 2007 she established Beth Horner & Associates to provide corporate, small and medium-sized businesses with Microsoft Office and Windows software training.

The training is conducted by facilitators with practical knowledge and broad experience of the programs.

Avril started facilitating fulltime in 2012. His background is in business, leadership, management, project management, marketing, sales, customer service, contact centres and graphic design.

Avril is a SETA accredited facilitator as well as ComptiaCTT+ and Microsoft certified. He has worked and trained in many different industries and has insight into the daily requirements and outputs within the workplace.

Barbara Boshard trains the Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Access) from basic to advanced. She trains Excel at super user level and has many years of Excel experience.

She is an accredited Assessor with the MICT SETA and holds a 10-year MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) qualification. She trains both nationally and internationally.

Barbara is known for her patience when training delegates. She creates a relaxed atmosphere and encourages questions and interaction during the training.

Sharon has vast experience in training, consulting, course development and assessments. She specialises in Microsoft Office applications from Beginners to Advanced levels across all industries.

She started in the training industry over 20 years ago. She is well spoken, patient and has a natural ability to simplify difficult concepts, particularly Excel functions. She has trained in Botswana and South Africa.

Sean Petersen holds a HDE Commerce through JCE. He is an internationally Certified Web Master, Adobe Master, Microsoft Trainer, Pastel Certified Trainer, ICB Facilitator and Comptia++ Certified Trainer.

Sean has over 20 years of experience in training and development and held the post of Academic Head at Damelin. He currently trains at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS).

He trains Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, PowerPivots, PowerQuery, VBA for Excel, Microsoft Project (advanced), SharePoint, SQL Server and Azure.

Leah has 16 years of training and development experience as a Facilitator, Assessor and Learning Material designer.
